Niki Marshall -Registered Manager
Why care is important to us.
After leaving school and working in a number of administrative roles, Niki decided she wanted a more rewarding career and took the step into Special Education, working with children and adults with a variety of special educational needs.
Niki spent the subsequent 15 years in a variety of roles, including communication support worker and specialist teaching assistant, becoming qualified in BSL and childcare learning and development . More recently Niki decided to try something new, and found Care offered similar opportunities to make a difference to people’s lives.
As Registered Manager, Niki leads a team of carers who share her ethos of client-centric domiciliary care, promoting high standards and teamwork, to go the extra mile for our clients.
What People Are Saying?

I am very happy with the carers and very satisfied with the care they provide as long as they like my cups of tea and biscuits.
I also enjoy having my cleaning call once a week as it gives me one less thing to worry about
